At Agape Christian Academy, Mrs. Butler’s Kindergarten students were working on memorizing letters and identifying characteristics of each letter.
As a class, we discussed different letters and described them, such as sticks, no sticks, holes, no holes, looks like another letter, etc. After discussion, students received a tray with letters and were expected to sort letters by holes, no holes, and sticks, no sticks.
The pictures represent the holes, no hole’s activity. After sorting, students wrote each letter in the specified column.
